ssl certificate issue with wordpress multisite

hello
i have installed wordpress multisite on a main domain (say domainA).
Then i added another domain (say domainB) as a network site in the multisite.
Now when a second domain is created in vestacp it will have its own public_html folder. If i do not add the domainB as a domain in vestacp then is it possible to obtain ssl certificate for the domain B with autorenewal functionality included?
Please let me know if any one has encountered this issue.

VestaCP planned to add LetsEncrypt wildcard certificates functionality. Need to wait.
For now you can add another domains as aliases.
