vesta-nginx and nginx in Ubuntu 16x TLSv1.3 for SSL Test Grade A+

Hi... Can anyone help me?

I need use TLSv1.3 for SSL. I need nginx 1.3 or better. I had changes in /etc/nginx/nginx.conf and
/usr/local/vesta/nginx/conf/nginx.conf

Web server with Vesta CP works fine.

If I use Command nginx-v in Ubuntu 16.x say me:

nginx version: nginx/1.19.7

If I use Command /usr/local/vesta/nginx/sbin/vesta-nginx -v say me:

nginx version: nginx/1.12.2

For use TLSv1.3 the minimum version must be 1.13.

I think that my problem for SSL is upgrade vesta-nginx. I have all updated in server. I have tried to use Commands CLI as sudo /usr/local/vesta/bin/v-update-sys-vesta-all.

No changes.

How could I update vesta-nginx to 1.13 or better?
