"restart" "'mysql'" failed after upgrade

We had no idea what to do with this, so decision was reinstall "mysql" manually

apt-get install / yum install
It's like in any other linux.

We had no idea what to do with this, so decision was reinstall "mysql" manually (dont know how to do it with Vesta Panel).It wasn't help, so we decided to delete all DB files with Midnight Commander (it was impossible to delete bases with Panel). After files delete - everything is fine. Then we resore DB from backup again. At this time problem was gone.
Still have no idea how fix it simply in case the problem appears again

Mmm... I see log file and was scared too much. Main problem was corrupt database. And we have one solid question: it's database software problem or RAM/HDD? I think will be nice to check your environment.

Zuzlan, very suspicious errors in log, it's very similar to hardware problem.. it's rare to see, when you get software error.
