Rare problem, at dozen installation I didn't have such problem.
Do you use something like CentOS-7-x86_64-Minimal-1511.iso ?

Seems that there are a problem with CentOS-7-x86_64-Minimal-1511.iso,
I tried with CentOS-7-x86_64-Minimal-1503-01 and the installation was completed like a charm.

Tried several times, but on VirtualBox - no problems, installed without errors :(

(CentOS-7-x86_64-Minimal-1511)
