spam acl condition: all spamd servers failed

Hi,
I started seeing this email from the mail server after removing Apache endpoints from nginx so I could point the domain to my node.js app... Any help is appreciated.

exim paniclog /var/log/exim4/paniclog on therms.io has non-zero size, mail system might be broken. The last 10 lines are quoted below.
