How make a website use non-fcgi?

Is there any way to config a website run without fcgi? The default is fcgi.

AFAIK, click Web, then Edit next to the domain, scroll down til you see template: change the template to something other than fcgi.

If it is set to default, then there is no FCGI running on the site?
