Domain name not resolving

I have registered custom nameservers at NameCheap. (ns1.shrijandongol.me and ns2.shrijandongol.me pointing them to my VPS IP. I'm using DigitalOcean's VPS.) If I ping, ns1.shrijandongol.me and ns2.shrijandongol.me are resolving to the VPS's IP. And I in VestaCP's DNS, I have these records.

But the domain shrijandongol.me won't resolve. Is anything missing/incorrect in DNS records? I contacted NameCheap. They said all is okay from their end and it is an issue with hosting provider.

Step 1: Change default nameserver to default nameserver of NameCheap
Step 2: In nameserver of NameCheap create ns1 record => 128.199.100.120 (and ns2 too...)
Step 3: Check all ns1.shrijandongol.me & ns1.shrijandongol.me record update IP all world https://www.dnswatch.info/dns/dnslookup ... it=Resolve
Step 4: Change default nameserver of NameCheap to ns1.shrijandongol.me & ns1.shrijandongol.me
wait update IP all world https://www.dnswatch.info/dns/dnslookup ... it=Resolve
Step 5: Config DNS on VestaCP https://128.199.100.120:8083

Step 6: check DNS Service is working?
http://dns-record-viewer.online-domain-tools.com/

Host / IP address: shrijandongol.me
DNS server: 128.199.100.120
Query type: A

Step 7: check DNS Service is working on world?
https://www.dnswatch.info/dns/dnslookup ... it=Resolve

Is your DNS server working? When I try lookup shrijandongol.me @ 128.199.100.120 it returns nothing i.e. your dns server is not working.
