Fresh Install on Ubuntu 15.10 Nginx PHP FPM

I did a fresh installation on Ubuntu 15.10
Nginx with PHP FPM
Command Line
bash vst-install.sh --nginx yes --phpfpm yes --apache no --vsftpd yes --proftpd no --exim yes --dovecot yes --spamassassin yes --clamav no --named yes --iptables yes --fail2ban yes --mysql yes --postgresql no --remi yes --quota no --hostname server.likesinstagram.top --email
http://IP/phpmyadmin/index.php
Not Found
The requested URL /phpmyadmin/index.php was not found on this server.
Apache/2.4.12 (Ubuntu) Server at 181.215.102.207 Port 80
I don't understand what is wrong with VestaCP is it stable or not ? problems on fresh installation is very strange ?
