Hi.
I use VestaCP 0.9.8 x86_x64 release 15.
If I update to the latest release, will it update the PHP version too?

Your PHP version isn't related to the version of vestaCP. It depends on your OS. You use CentOS or debian or ubuntu?
You can check this:
