OPEN PORTS AND CHECK THIS

I'm having trouble opening doors
I need to open
doors
5230
5228
and the range between 35500-36000 portass
Configured to open ports in the firewall as you can see in the picture
But when accessing the ping.eu and test OPEN PORTS
ALWAYS RECEIVE AS A RESULT CLOSE PORTS IN SUCH ABOVE DOORS
WHAT AM I DOING WRONG ?
