Roundcube import mails

Hello,
i want import mails from another server in my roundcube, at first i have set up in /etc/roundcube/htaccess
i have modified this file
php_value upload_max_filesize 950M
php_value post_max_size 950M
php_value memory_limit 512M
but when i am uploading file which is 460 MB big i get error message by uploading this file, uploading is succesfull onlz to 68% i am thinking that i need to get bigger upload time but i dont find this setting.
