Backup error 4

Hi i have bin reading true all the posts but have yet to find a solution for this.
i can only backup from CLI not webinterface.
when i try to do it from webinterface it just hangs with error 4 and i have to clear the backup que to try again.
the only way i can get it to work is by using CLI.
any help with this would be great.
i am runing a debian with 32gb ram and plenty of cpu and disk.

It'll be nice if you can show us your /var/log/vesta/backup.log
