Cannot login to FTP, not with Filezilla, not to FTP

Cannot login to FTP, not with Filezilla, not to FTP
Hello,
I've created "additional ftp", got the FTP login credentials.
And I can't find my ftp. I can't connect directly to ftp - it says :"cant connect to the server"
Can't connect with Filezilla - I don't get any error, the program just says "cant connect to the server"
I'm using the FTP login credentials for FileZilla (just copy from the mail with FTP login credentials) and port 21.
Please, help me.
