IPv6 Support

According to the roadmap 0.9.8-19 should have IPv6 support. However, I am on that on my server and I'm not seeing IPv6. Will it now be in 0.9.8-20 or later?

0.9.8-19 is bug fixes release, without any features
IPv6 will be in 0.9.8-20
