Vesta Backend/Admin Nginx Stops

CentOS7/Apache+Nginx/PHP7.2/MariaDB10.2

For some reason the Vesta admin area randomly stops working and needs to be restart (maybe every other day?). It looks like the Nginx part of the vesta service stops/crashes but the rest of the service is active/running. I have not been able to find anything obvious in the logs (vesta/system.log & vesta/nginx-error.log) but I don't know the exact time it happens yet. I just setup an external monitor to log when the admin area becomes unavailable so I will hopefully learn more at that point. For now, i was wondering if anyone had any ideas what would cause this, the only information i have is when I ran service vesta status, i get what you see below and as you can tell the nginx master and worker process are missing:
