Update problem

Despite the fact that VestaCP latest version (0.9.8 release 21) it shows that the system is outdated. Not really. And when I try to update it, it doesn't react. Just refreshes the page and writes "outdated" again.

But why it's not work from admin? And release is 0.9.8 - 22. But in site no official 22 release. How is that possible?
