dns help (namecheap)

Has anyone setup name servers with name cheap? i could really use some help, screenshots. i have ns1 resolving, ns2 resolving, the domain points correctly however
im getting bombarded with emails

Cron <[email protected]> sudo /usr/local/vesta/bin/v-update-sys-rrd

sudo: unable to resolve host xxx.com
also getting the same error on
sudo /usr/local/vesta/bin/v-update-sys-queue backup
sudo /usr/local/vesta/bin/v-update-sys-queue letsencrypt

i have registered the name servers with name cheap, and have my domain pointed to them and everything is working so im confused as heck..

running debian9 with latest vesta

Generally this happens when your /etc/hostname is not set or when here is a problem with /etc/hosts

Login to vestacp as admin, click the "server" link from the top menu, then click the configure option and make sure you have setup the opions.
