Cert Hostname DOES NOT VERIFY

Hi guys.
I'm having a problem with the cert with the email accounts.
I'm trying to use a mail client in my phone but I always get an error. Then, using https://www.checktls.com/TestReceiver to check if everything is all right, I see the following message:
Being serv1.domain.io the hostname of my server and domain2.com an additional domain I bought.
I have been changing the configuration of the mails in the VestaCP panel but it is still the same.
Any suggestion?

So email is encrypted but the host is not verified
