Can´t receive mail from outside

Hello, I have a problem with the mail.
I can send and receive mail from roundcube, but I can´t receive mail from hotmail or another outside service.
I am using Debian 9 and tried to dissable spamassasin and clamav.

-reject log says: temporary rejected

What can I do to solve this?

I solved the problem!
The problem was Clamav stopped because I don´t have enough free ram.
I opened the exim config file exim4.comf.template and comment the line:

Code: Select all

#CLAMD =  yes

If you set it to "no", it doesn´t work.
