Apache doesn't start anymore

Hi,

Since this morning all of my vesta cp have the same problem Apache won't start due to an ip addresse but i can't fix this instead of removing, all websites, all ip address et reinitializing everything.

The VPS has been bought at ovh and i've around 16 IP address on each.

here is the problem i have when i try to restart apache:

I tried to rebuild all info in my account (admin), to restart bind and the whole server but no success on it
I tried to remove each secodnary ip address one by one, and after that it's ok but only all secondary where removed.

has anyone ny idea on how to prevent it ?
