can't open php files

can't open php files
When I enter "http://ipaddress/phpmyadmin" address, instead of phpmyadmin, php source code appears. I tried with "https://" the same error continues. My MySQL 3306 port is open.
Edit: does not open any files with php extension. It just shows the source code.
