Trouble with adding wildcard SSL or other SSL

Hello,

First post on this forum, but liking the control panel so far. Great work.

I have everything running perfectly also adding ioncube loader. But I have trouble with adding a SSL certificate I am getting the error:

Getting the error: Error: ssl certificate key pair is not valid

Have tried diffrent things, I have also generated a Self Signed Certificate but I get the same error.

Can someone help me or telling me what I am doing wrong.

I just generated self-signed certificate. It worked fine in sandbox. Please check if it works on your system.

I still get the same error

The SSL Certificate Authority / Intermediate (optional) is blank correct?

Update: I have used another Server to reinstall without success getting the same error on the clean new server vestacp installation.

Check this hotfix

Now it accepts the SSL you gave me.

But when I try the HTTPS or port 443, it says website not available . No firewall that is blocking it.

Also when trying to access the site port 80 it says:

SUSPEND
Your site has been suspended

Please contact technical support departament.

Before the hotfix there was no suspended page.

Do you need login of SSH and the Vestacp? so you can look yourself? Can you then PM your IP adres? SSh is blocked by IP

Sorry again an update SSL port 443 is suddenly working.

Only the domain is Suspended, and in the webinterface it cannot unsuspended

If you are thinking of managing and organizing the individual SSL certificate for a major website and with every sub domain than its really going to be a very frustrating and difficult task to do. Wildcard Certificate can provide you a lot of relief and it will be really satisfying if you go with them for all your security and authenticity needs.
