Problems sending emails to hotmail

Post by marcelocaetano » Tue May 13, 2014 2:17 pm

Hi, I have a problem, emails are sent but not received on any hotmail account or live, they return with the error below:

Just to clarify, in other services receive emails without problems

Code: Select all

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

  anyHotmailEmail[at]outlook.com
SMTP error from remote mail server after MAIL FROM:<suporte[at]dietpro.com.br> SIZE=1627:
host mx1.hotmail.com [65.54.188.110]: 550 SC-001 (BAY0-MC3-F24) Unfortunately, messages from 198.xxx.xxx.xxx weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list. You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors.

How can I solve?

Thank you!
