nginx video streaming?

How do i enable flv and mp4 pseudostreaming with nginx?

flv and mp4 already enabled
you can see Nginx Extensions in the settings of web domain

Yes i see that but it does not enable Pseudo Streaming , if i skip the video ahead it simply plays from the beginning.
I managed to use the apache streaming modules instead that seems to be working fine. But if their is a way to enable with ngnix i would like to try that option.
