Fresh install of vestaCP - Mailserver doesn´t work

Hello,

I just ran 2 times a fresh install of vestaCP on fresh installs of debian 7 each and I keep gettin one error I cannot fix. Everything works out fine but with exim there need to be some problem.

I can neither receive nor send emails mostly from email clients (it seldomely happens that I can receive emails, I can never send emails). Though through roundcube everything is fine...

I also found several things about similar even though not totally same problems and tried these (like e.g. doint plain transfer instead of TLS at exim4.conf.template or commenting out spamhaus and stuff) but nothing did work.

I can exclude that there is wrong settings used in my client as I checked and rechecked am over and over (even trying settings that I thought would be wrong anyway)...

I would be glad for any idea how to fix it as I need those mailboxes (the sooner the better).

I am having a little issue with login into vesta.

Sometimes the login page just gets blank and I need to do the following each time to update my password from the terminal:
