403 Forbidden problem

I have installed vestacp on my vps and added a domain and ssl with wordpress. i using this plugin to change my media urlpath, https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-original-media-path/ . but now when i upload any media file and trying access the media its showing me this, please help. https://www.dropbox.com/s/80qiuj2v8va98 ... bidden.png
