Multiple SSL Certificates

I just recently started using VestaCP (2 days) now. I've gotten two of my domain moved over now; site.com and my.site.com. I purchased an SSL, that I used at my previous host, and I need to move it over to my VestaCP install. What do I need to do this. I can access both domains just fine right now but I need my SSL associated to them.

Just add SSL in the CP? Could you give more info, like how you setup your domains in Vesta for example?
