SSL intermediate error

Hi,

So, I'm still having trouble with getting the intermediate SSL certificate to be recognized. Either that or I'm blind as a bat while trying to install the SSL certificate.

Both Firefox and Chrome report that https://eidolonhost.com is verified by Avast Web Root... however... I added the PositiveSSL intermediate SSL ComodoRSADomainValidationSecureServerCA.crt certificate and Vesta seems to recognize it just fine.

Other SSL certificates, such as AddTrustExternalCA.crt, or ComodoRSAAddTrustCA.crt does not seem to be recognized, either when trying to use them.

I had ordered them from Namecheap using the $1.99 SSL certificate promo.

What is the issue here?

hello,

did you create your CSR in vesta with *.domainname.com or domainname.com ?

Fixed. Turns out I needed one more SSL certificate in addition to the intermediate.

I'd recommend GlobalSign or if you want SSL certificate on the cheap for the first year, try Namecheap's SSL offerings.
