Vesta Control Panel - Forum

I have a server running CentOS 6.5 and Vesta. When I login to Vesta as an admin user and attempt to create a backup I get the error: "user backup disabled." I can't seem to find anywhere that I disabled the backup, although when I deployed the server over a year ago I do know I disabled the automatic backup because my host takes snapshots at regular intervals.

Is there a way to enable user creation of a backup?

Check your backup settings in the package, when it's 0 you get the error.
