phpmyadmin error

Hello guys, i'm having an error in the phpmyadmin and i cannot figure out how to fix it so i post here maybe someone had same issue:
in phpmyadmin i see:


1) The phpMyAdmin configuration storage is not completely configured, some extended features have been deactivated. Find out why.
Or alternately go to 'Operations' tab of any database to set it up there.

cannot understand how to fix this i did everything that was in my knowledge.
