Can't reset admin password

I used commad /usr/local/vesta/bin/v-change-user-password admin NEW_PASSWORD to reset password. But I login https://167.88.x.x:8083/login/ by new password.

Error system: Invalid username or password.

I tried click 'forgot password ' link but I haven't received CODE in my email.

Please, help me! Thanks

Centos : run this command, It should fix login issue :
