Vesta Admin Template Location

Hi,
I want to edit the template on Vesta Admin Panel. Where is the folder where I can edit the template files. I want to hide the Web, DNS, Database and Cron tabs at the top since we are using this server for Email Hosting only so these tabs are not needed by all users.
