When login to control panel it always gives me SSL warning.
"This Connection is Untrusted"
How to fix this?

Yes, in many cases it's true. But there is StartSSL / Wosign for non-commercial sites free.

VestaCP use self-signed certificate, browser don't trust those.
You need get signed certificate by authorized сenter: paid ssl (Comodo/Thawte/Symantec) or free ssl (StartSSL/Wosign)
