VestaCP and SSL Certificates

Hello!
Been using Vesta for a long time now, but recently I've noticed a problem I haven't before noticed.
I will use domain1 and domain2 so I don't confuse you.
When I visit https://domain2.tld I get a certificate error stating that domain2 is using domain1 SSL certificate (Domain1 being the server domain), Advise on this?
Also is there any web based FTP that work with Vesta?
