Friends, help, please, there's a problem ... If I create a database through the panel VestaCP, the database itself is displayed in the phpMyAdmin, but if I create the opposite, ie, in phpMyAdmin, then this base is not displayed in the VestaCp, in what could be the problem? VestaCP extreme version, Debian 8, 64

It's not a problem. When you create database from panel, all data about base written in conf file. And when you work with phpmyadmin directly - not.
Data about bases here:
/usr/local/vesta/data/users/admin/db.conf
You can add bases manually, but with panel it's simpler (I think)
