Clamd Anacron job 'cron.daily'

I'm getting this error every day and clamd not running


/etc/cron.daily/freshclam:

ERROR: Problem with internal logger (UpdateLogFile = /var/log/clamav/freshclam.log).
ERROR: Can't open /var/log/clamav/freshclam.log in append mode (check permissions!).

the permission for
ls -l /var/log/clamav/freshclam.log

and for this

I get

Remove freshclam from /etc/cron.daily/

Yes it does remove the cron you said,

which to me means you dont use clamd. But anyways check to make sure /var/log/clamav/freshclam.log is a real file and let me know what the permissions are and who the owner of the file is.

I did not mean I dont use I mean whenever I try to start in vesta cp it just says stopped and regarding the log file if I understand what I'm suppose to do to get permissions this is what I got
