hi, thanks for answering.
when i do a backup from web interface
cat /usr/local/vesta/data/queue/backup.pipe
/usr/local/vesta/bin/v-backup-user admin yes >> /usr/local/vesta/log/backup.log 2>&1
cat error.log
2016-01-23 10:39:23 v-schedule-user-backup 'admin' [Error 4]
cat system.log
2016-01-23 10:40:42 v-schedule-user-backup 'admin'
when I do the backup for console, it works perfect

Try this command in console:
/usr/local/vesta/bin/v-backup-user admin yes
/usr/local/vesta/bin/v-backup-user admin yes

Can you show your my.cnf config from MySQL and tell how much CPU/RAM you have on server?Database server is not responding
May be you need a little tune your config.
