I am using VestaCP on my server as the dashboard for backup service.
I would like to know if I could create a module that I can configure so that the backup of that user is deleted in 7, 15 or 30 days.
I want this module to work on the admin user, and for him to be able to make the settings.

Not very clear from your question, but VestaCP rotates Backups and deletes Backup files as per the rotation set. You need to define for the user: number of backups to retain. So presuming you have 7 backups to set there and your backup is created daily, on 8th day the oldest backup copy will be deleted as so on.
