DNS_CLUSTER not enabled

After following this This directive I'm still facing DNS_CLUSTER not enabled on both master and slave servers.
What am I doing wrong?

I'd suggest to install https://www.myvestacp.com/ or https://hestiacp.com/ both vestacp forks, vestacp is abandoned and hence why you are expericing those issues, not to mention it has a lot of security flaws right now.
