Problem with exim4 and dovecot stopped (fresh install)

Hello,
new to this community, regards.

I'm facing my first problem with a new install of VestaCP in a new created VPS, with a fresh Ubuntu 13.10 installed.
Both exim4 and dovecot are stopped, and I'm unable to start them, even though I've received e-mail from the panel, but think this might be an issue.

Hope anyone could help me out.

OK I finally resolved by myself installing into Ubuntu 12.04. I think it might be something with Ubuntu 13.10 because I reinstalled from scratch the VPS 3 times on 13.10 and getting the same problem, but worked on 12.04.
