Error configuring email in MS Outlook

This error is happening and I can not configure in MS Outlook 2013 to send and receive emails. End sends only the Roundcube but not receive emails.

Which log file need to have show help?

MX record about dominio.com.br exists.
Connection succeeded to mail.dominio.com.br SMTP.

But i have to always change the permissions for each email manually?

I think you only have to do it once, but if you add more domains you may have to also do it for the new domains.

Yeah it is kind of a pain, but it's probably just a bug and may not happen in the next version of VestaCP. But it's good to know.
