mail server/PTR record

hello can anyone help in setup mailserver? i have mydomain.com and ns1.2/mydomain.com nameservers that is registered in registrar. i created [email protected] but when i send mail it returns a mail that ptr record is doesnt exist. how can i setup that?

Hi,
you should contact the technical support service of the hosting for this
ask them to change PTR record for the domain that you specified in the hosts file
