Error to login URGENT

IT is the second server i have the SAME problem.

I try to login to Vesta panel with my credentials but seems an error and the page is reloaded.
Same to log to phpmyadmin, i could NOT enter with the passwords.

I reboot the server and it do NOT enter with my credentials. Any ideas to solve this?
It is the SECOND server i have the SAME problem.

Seems a problem to connect to database?

Hello,

take a look on logs file on /var/log/vesta/.

As you say, it's probably an mysql connect issue.

Mysql config file with root password is on this file : /usr/local/vesta/conf/mysql.conf
Try to manually connect with mysql cli :

mysql --user=root --password=REPLACEPASSWORD

If it fail, there is the issue, you have to reset the root password and edit the config file with the new correct password.

If it's not a mysql issue, it can a /tmp chmod issue (logs file will say :p).

chmod 777 /tmp

The problem seems related to logs somehow.

/var/log/vesta/. says PERMISSION DENIED

Seems a bug of Vesta. Hope vesta team has a skype for support. There is no problem on paying support but i need it fast.

What did you found in /var/log/vesta/nginx-error.log ?

I couldnt access the logs by /var/log/vesta/, as when i put that, server replies PERMISSION DENIED.
I have to contract a technician to solve it, and told me it was related the error somehow to VPS server and Vesta logs.

It was strange as i could access admin panel but when i enter the credentials admin and password, nothing happens.

For a newbie like me, is complicate to solve this without any professional help.
