Invisible Backups

Hi. What can i do to make the backups to show on my panel?
Currently it is saying backups 2/2 but i cannot see them to make the download.

Do you have .tar backup files in /home/backup/ directory?

you mean shell or panel?

actually now they are misteriously appearing to me. The only thing i changed was changing the number of backups from 1 to 2 and 2 days later they are showing up
