Add Site and Dedicated IP can not access the web.

ip xx.xxx.xxx.xxx
Netmask 255.255.255.0
Interface eth0
and add web domain. but can not access the site.

How to solve

More than two reasons...

network config... all correct?
dns...A record on dedicaded ip?
ip assigned to site...
