can't open phpmyadmin (blank page or page with issue)

hey support,
I'm having an issue login to phpmyadmin , I've bought a VPS yesterday (CentOS 6 1GB RAM) with pre-installed VestaCP , when I tried to import my database by going to http://IP/phpmyadmin/ , it give blank page on firefox and when trying with chrome and refreshing again & again I got the login page but with some errors (see this http://prntscr.com/6sexwg )
and even when I i ignore those errors and try to log , it just give me the same login page. So I tried using bigdump script to import my database without the need of phpmyadmin , but even after importing the database , the database it's not readable , I mean I try to register an account on my website or even log into my admin account and it won't work.
So I bought another CentOS 6 2GB RAM today , and I install the VestaCP myself and everything , but I can't log to phpmyadmin in this new VPS too ? !!

I can't open phpmyadmin too after check logs I only saw this:

I found this:

PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 262144 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 12288 bytes) in /usr/share/phpMyAdmin/index.php on line 54

Im also having this problem sometimes, but not always. I get a blank page, but after some retrys it works.

This just started to happen to me today, so probably its a bug with the last version of phpmyadmin.
Who is having this issue can confirm if the version is 4.4.6?

Today update of phpmyadmin from remi repo, resolved the issue with me.
