External E-Mail Software not possible

Hi Community,

i have running VESTA on Debian 7.8.
And now the problem:

webmail is working
Cant receive E-Mails to Thunderbird. If i set up my account, Thunderbird will pop up a window with: Connection Timeout.

If i set up a new account, thunderbird will not allow me with this data:

name: My Name
e-mail: [email protected]
server: imap.mydomain.tld port: 143 STARTTLS
out: mail.mydomain.tld port 25

Thunderbird failed to find the settings for your email account.
So create button is not available.

What is the Problem? Anyone can help?
All Mails work great in round cube. (tested)

On other clients for example THE BAT! same error with fail message:

13.06.2015, 21:22:36: IMAP - Connecting to IMAP server mydomain.tld on port 143

! 06/13/2015 , 21:22:57 : IMAP - Could not connect to the server . A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a certain period , or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond
