Version 0.9.8-15?

Is version 0.9.8-15 available yet? I notice that it has a template manager. I upgraded from 12 to 14 today and really DON'T like it. I much preferred the more compact layout of 12. I'd like to change back to something similar.

The new version has not yet emerged, the pattern will be such as it is.
