VestaCP Newbie Questions

I am yet to experiment with VestaCP setup but I have a few questions before hand. I plan to do this setup on a CentOS server.

1) I saw some topics already which has to do with VestaCP and iptables setup but I didn't come across anybody talk about CSF firewall. How common is it to have CSF and VestaCP function together? Any tips or tutorials that outlines this setup?

2) Correct me if I am wrong - .htaccess file is fully supported in VestaCP as long as I leave the Apache backend server running?

3) Is there a file manager for VestaCP (even if there is a beta version)?

Nope, no CSF support "out the box" - iptables only.
I think you can use CSF, but I don't see step-by-step manuals.

Yep, you're right.

In next version will be file manager as commercial plugin.

Nope, no CSF support "out the box" - iptables only.

Does VestaCP provide a GUI interface to manage iptables or it has to be done using command line (or go with other GUI based tools such as Webmin to manage iptables).

Also, does VestaCP provide GUI to manage spamassasin settings?

You can safely install CSF. I run CSF on 4 VestaCP installs no problems at all.

Good to know... I bet you have to manage CSF outside of VestaCP (no integration within VestaCP)? Any tips you can provide in terms of how you installed and manage it will help. Do I have to disable iptables from within VestaCP before installing CSF? Anything else?
