[HELP] Can't send, Can receive. (Multiple emails tested)

I can receive mails but when i want to send a mail i get this mail back:

Same problem at outlook and other mail sites.

your ip 178.62.236.117, is listed in spamhaus. try this:
on the path /etc/exim4 dnsbl.conf edit the file. and deletes this entry zen.spamhaus.org. and restart exim (/etc/init.d/exim4 restart).

Anyway you should delete the ip of spamhaus

I only found
/ect/exim/dnsbl.conf
instead of:
/etc/exim4 dnsbl.conf

This is in the file:
bl.spamcop.net
zen.spamhaus.org

What do i need to do? Remve the first and second or only second? And to resstart i need to type service restart exim right?
